I am quite sure that Israel could use a combination of sub-launched cruise missiles and air raids to decimate large portions of the critical facilities for exporting oil on Kharg Island, Iran’s one and only export outlet for its petroleum products. That would absolutely devastate Iran’s economy, no U.S. help needed.
That would also have the side benefit of making gasoline prices go through the roof, which would hurt Biden and the Democrats immensely. Yes, we US consumers would pay for it for several months, But it would be worth it if we could get rid of the traitors and incompetents who are running our government now. If they tried to blame Israel, all that Israel would have to say is that Biden is the one who gave them billions of dollars on a silver platter, and relaxed sanctions so that the Iranian economy could revive to the extent that they could help their proxies with arms and money, as well as their own forces - thus putting the blame back where it belongs.
A pinprick. Take out all of their Nuke research, production and storage sites. Then go after their ballistic missile design, development, and storage.
