Prince Harry has officially listed the US as his primary residence, according to documents filed in the UK.
The change was revealed in a filing for sustainable tourism charity Travalyst, which was founded by Harry, recording the duke under his full name - Prince Henry Charles Albert David Duke of Sussex.
Harry and Meghan have lived in California since they quit roles as senior working royals in March 2020.
Although the electronic filing to Companies House was only listed on Wednesday, the document shows the change was made on 29 June 2023.
This was the same day Buckingham Palace confirmed the pair have left Frogmore Cottage, which had been their last remaining foothold in the UK.
In 2019, royal accounts showed Meghan and Harry paid £2.4m to cover the refurbishment and rental of Frogmore on the Home Park Estate.
The cottage was originally a gift to the couple from Harry's grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II.

I am not sure, but I imagine Mizz Harkle won’t be returning to the UK any time soon.
So if I understand existing law in the UK correctly, if the Harkles kids were born using surrogacy, the kids would not be in the line of succession.
Rumor is that Harry is here on a “A1” visa, which is for “heads of state.”
However, since Harry left his royal duties, and no longer can use the “HRH” prefix, is he a “head of state?”
The Harkle kids would be pretty far down the line for the throne anyway.
William has spawned 3 legit kids who would be in line before a Harkle kid. We see very little of these Harkle kids and I wonder why. There has to be a reason they hide them. The other royals have their kids out in the open all the time.
Those kids are probably as “legit” as the Obama girls.
Some of the Brit YouTubers have said that Meghan was always trying to flirt with William at first because she wanted to be Queen.
Actually, I bet she was. She is like a sows ear compared to Catherine who seems comfortable in her own skin.
The other royals would probably want their kids to have a little more privacy. The British press won't let them have any. It's easier in LA where paparazzi have so many other, more important targets.
Those kids are probably as “legit” as the Obama girls.

Robert Graves, the author, when meeting Queen Elizabeth II, told her that they had something in common--they were both descended from the Prophet Muhammad. Whether or not Harry is the biological grandson of Queen Elizabeth, through his mother he is descended from King Charles II, and the connection to Muhammad probably goes back earlier than Charles II. (Apparently in the late Middle Ages a princess from a Muslim state who was a descendant of Muhammad married some European king or nobleman and Queen Elizabeth's descent comes from her.)
Unless Harry takes a DNA test to confirm that he is the son of Charles III, we can’t say for sure that he is a descendant of George III.
I doubt the British want them back.
If he works here, he has to pay taxes here on US-based income. However, if he also pays taxes to GB, then our tax treaty probably allows him to count the amount he pays there as paid to the USA. We have tax treaties with most countries.
Meghan is a US citizen IIRC and is taxed by the US on her worldwide income.
Harry could well be here on a diplomatic visa that allows the Harkles to get out of paying US income taxes.
If that’s the case, that’s likely why our Deep State is covering for the Harkles in the court case Heritage has brought.
I seriously doubt Deep State gives a damn about Harry’s drug use.
So in his case, it has nothing to do with citizenship?
Depending on the type of visa Harry was issued, and how the Harkles get paid, they might not have to pay any income taxes in the US.
That wouldn’t go over well with an American middle class that’s being taxed into extinction.
And if Harry’s cheated the UK taxman, too, and that comes out...
I doubt a UK citizenry that’s under the same threat we are will be pleased with the Harkles, either...
