National Guard whistleblower Captain Timothy Nick said the Guard was ready to go to the Capitol on January 6 to help the police but was told to stand down until after 5 pm, which was too late.
The Secretary of the Army lied and claimed he made calls to the National Guard, but he did not.

thinden, I apologize for coming at you that hot on that issue. As you can see from the post just above, I fully support General Michael Flynn REGARDLESS of his feelings on Trump, the steal, or ANYTHING else. I see him as an object victim of this weaponization of government, it is largely immaterial to me what his opinions are on various things related to politics, J6, or the last election.

McConnell anointed Only insiders.

The FBI had their ascension system list, same as RINOS have in the Senate, and the R Party system list (until Trump). The party gave us Dole, Romney and McCain.

I think he has been assaulted so openly by the intelligence community that he would be a great choice to go in and clean them out.
If I were in his shoes, I would accept that assignment with relish.
That is her wanting Trump himself to step on Capitol grounds, which would be against longstanding tradition. Presidents have to ask Congress for permission to enter the Capitol every time they do a SOTU speech, for example.
She desperately wanted Trump to lose his cool and barge in and be caught on video.
Probably comes from a book written by Jonathan Karl, “leading degenerate Trump-hating media psychopath,” a few years ago. They have been hard at work using said book’s storyline in trying to erase Nancy Pelosi’s sabotaging of security. Obviously she wanted her daughter to get the show she was looking for, not video of old veterans and grannies ambling around the Capitol halls gawking at the architecture.

I used Wikipedia to confirm Flynn’s title. I was surprised to see a J6 narrative included among the background sections Wikipedia provides.
I only this morning viewed the US HOUSE|Oversight Select Comm hearing by the ranked ARMY NG “whistleblowers”, directly involved in Pentagon actions on J6.
Their testimony backed up the generalized Wikipedia narrative, actually. But, it still seemed political to see the Wiki outline included, since ajudication of the commanding officers remains to be seen.
