Jailing people for exercising their first amendment rights not enough for you?
Attempting to jail a political candidate for giving a speech fully protected by the 1st amendment?
I’d prefer hanging on the trees on the national mall...after a timely, fair trial and conviction “if” guilty), of course.
I think it’s a stretch for President Trump to be prosecuted for 1/6.
People that trespassed, fought with police, etc? Not close.
