In both 2016 and 2020, Trump received 45% of the vote. It is too early to judge 2024 results, and cheating in the counties the Democrats control must be considered. I doubt Trump will carry New Jersey, but it may take Georgia or Pennsylvania level cheating to bring Biden (or Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom) over the top.
