On Friday, the Biden regime proudly announced that women will be forced to allow men in their locker rooms and bathrooms with a new 1577-page Title IX ruling.
Women will be forced to compete against men.
And women will be forced to accept men on their sports teams.
Women and young girls will be forced to share locker rooms and bathrooms based on gender identity rather than biological sex.
And, as May Mailman, Director of Independent Women’s Law Center, notes, Title IX is not a college law. This will impact girls as young as those in the Headstart program, geared to children from three to five-years old, those in daycare, and those in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Reminder, Title IX is not a “college” law. It affects ALL education programs that accept federal dollars, that means daycare, Headstart, K-12, 4-H, etc. Gender ideology is absolutely coming for the kids, and not just in public schools. ANY school with federal money.

Young girls everywhere will be subject to the type of sexual exposure allegedly faced by the female athletes forced to share a locker room with trans swimmer Lia Thomas.
Preferred pronouns are also now mandated, and even the single use of the “wrong” pronoun can require discipline.
They believe this is progress.

Not exactly the bottom of society. The left thinks women have no need to participate in public sports or have their own public restrooms. So the conclusion is that the left thinks women belong in the home and nowhere else. Women, as the left sees them, should focus on the kitchen, the laundry room, an the bedroom. If the women don’t stay in the bedrooms, where will the abortion industry get its customers?

If the women got together, pulled a man down in the locker room and cut off certain body parts, then flushed those body parts down the commode this nonsense might quickly stop.
This will get struck down — eventually. Title IX prohibits discrimination in education based upon “sex” not gender identity, and regulatory agencies have no authority to expand the meaning of sex.
We don’t need Congress anymore to change existing law I guess.
Obviously, the Biden Administration is no longer enforcing Title IX.
I hope that all those 'suburban women' get it: it is NOT the Republicans that hate women, it is the Demo'Rats! Hopefully... don't count on the GOP to point that out to them however. :,^(
It's unconstitutional for Joe to make a new law by using an executive order.
However, he can stop enforcing an existing law by doing nothing.
