Another liberal s**thole. But I repeat myself.

I’m an hour outside Detroit. That’s close enough.

I used to have to do Army drill weekends near Orange Mound at the old Army Reserve Center a block away. The old Yellow Fever Hospital was there and the Mississippi River not over 200 yards west. The place was dangerous in the 70’s..
RE: Detroit. I was born there and my parents whisked me off wearing infant clothes and wrapped in a baby blanket to a house in a suburb a brief time later. Back then Detroit was okay. Not true later.
Stay safe.
And probably nobody will be willing to rat out the culprits.
It had to have been a group of those dangerous white supremacist domestic terrorists the govt keeps telling us about. Shooting up a poor peaceful black folks party. A pox on them.
Look at this comprehensive update I just found:
“Police said that both the fatalities were males and at least three of the victims were in critical condition.
This breaking news story is being updated and more details will be published shortly.”
Watch for probable further breaking news that the “males” had on hoodies and t shirts and athletic shoes and had some facial hair.
PAVEMENT APE THUG HOOD PARTY?
Right.
Mama: Son, you in trouble again? Come on in. I’ll let you hide in the basement——again.
Police said that both the fatalities were males and at least three of the victims were in critical condition.

Outrageous! How can they know their gender if they are dead and can’t communicate which pronouns they preferred? They better not just be assuming genders!!
Excellent catch.
Hopefully there wasn’t a “pregnant person” or a bullet riddled youth self identifying as a “transgendered non-living victim.”
Exactly!
Not our problem.
Posting here from about 3 miles from Orange Mound. It’s a bad neighborhood but not the worst by far.
Binghampton is much worse as is Hickory Hill, aka Hickory Hood.
I avoid these areas.
The shotgun is under the bed; the handgun in a quick release safe beside the bed.
And I live in one of the most affluent areas of town.
Don’t come here unless you know what you’re doing.
This is why some of us can never have “Nice Tings”.

We could have all of these things and so much more if it weren't for the bottom quintile.
As a CBU alumni I'm not altogether unfamiliar with "Mempho" (as Jerry Lawler used to say). Although, that was decades ago. Since then I've lived all around the US, however modern times have found me returning to my roots in rural NW, TN. And, people here are just wonderful!
These days I would only go to Memphis for airport pick-up and drop-off, and even then I would exercise extreme caution.
It ain’t a party until the shooting starts😁
