Third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. continues drawing more attention in the 2024 election, according to a new NBC poll, as voters dread another matchup between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
Kennedy receives enough support among the electorate to play a spoiler in the 2024 election. Thirteen percent chose Kennedy, significantly higher than other third party candidates like Jill Stein who got three percent support and Cornel West who got two percent.
But the poll of registered voters suggests that Kennedy's new-found popularity hurts Trump more than Biden.

I do this all the time when the pollsters call me I’m generally a 50-year-old Hispanic black woman, no education, five kids, making less than $50,000. The pollsters generally only call people who have landlines.

Yes. It is true. Anyone who would vote for someone like RFK Jr, given what he stands for on the record, may be a one-issue-voter, but at best they can be described as the despicable and abhorrent “independent voters” rolled out by the media every two years.

I’m not implying that I agree with them, I don’t, but they exist in growing numbers.
I can see RFKJ pulling votes from Trump. It wouldn’t be knowledgable conservative types who would vote for RFKJ. It wouldn’t be hardcore Trump fans. It would be people who don’t pay much attention to politics except around election time but who want an outsider. RFKJ gets into Trump’s lane with those people.
I think RFK Jr will get more votes from Biden because he’s the incumbent this time so he’s defending his record, not Trump.

Remember we will see lots of fake polls as the communists try and build a plausible argument for the reseal but it won’t work.

Registered, not likely. National poll, not battleground states.
Trump or Biden must win the Electoral College, not California and New York. It’s going to take voters from around the country, but we pretty much know what states will absolutely go to Trump and what states will go to Biden. The fight won’t be in those states.
So this poll is rubbish.
I wouldn’t put it past Biden & Co. to have RFK Jr. assassinated if they feared he would cost them the election (why has Biden refused to give him Secret Service protection?). But they have also signaled their intention to have Trump killed in prison. Probably two assassinations in one election cycle would be too much...and not needed.

Yes, this survey is flawed. If you ask Republicans who they view favorably, you will get a completely different result than if you them who they are actually planning to vote for.
I view RFK favorably because he seems honest - and that is very admirable. But he is still a flaming liberal on many issues. Plus there is no way I’d vote for anyone but Trump.
Surveys can easily get the results they want simply by framing the questions a certain way,
