My, understanding, here in PA, you can take it to the polls, turn it in and vote, in person.

In CA you can also take your mail-in ballot to the "accessible voting location" (formerly "polling place"), surrender it, ask for the poll worker to spoil it by tearing it, and vote in person.

True but like in many states, anyone can turn in your ballot for you on election day, and that is how they did the steal in 2020 using mules, with thousands of ballots filled in
