How Do You Solve a Problem Like Mike Johnson?
American Thinker ^ | April 22, 2024 | Brian C. Joondeph

McCarthy was replaced by a compromise choice of Mike Johnson. As The Who sang, “Meet the new boss, same as the old boss”, Speaker Johnson is the new boss, also pushing massive omnibus spending bills, not releasing all the January 6 entrapment evidence, supporting continued warrantless spying on Americans, and pushing endless aid to secure the borders of countries thousands of miles away from America while leaving America’s borders wide open.

He follows the pattern of past GOP Speakers – Boehner, Ryan, McCarthy, and now Johnson. It seems Republican voters continue to ask and vote for a medium rare steak only to be served a burnt, inedible slab of meat.

Though many are calling for Johnson to be removed as Speaker Of the House, doing so would almost certainly doom Trump's White House run and result in a permanent leftist/globalist/Democrat tyranny in the America.

They seem headed to flip the House before November anyway, by getting uniparty RINOs in states that wouldn’t immediately replace them to retire mid-term.

The Democrats are no doubt laughing and cheering on this campaign to replace Johnson. They’re counting on the ignorance of most to not know that by doing so, the GOP will hand control of the House to the Democrats. The rats love a good joke, always at others’ expense, of course.

Sometimes you can get so deep in something that it can’t be fixed. All you can do is primary them as you are able to and hopefully instill some respect for voters by forcing Congressman to really have to work for the vote.

Mike Johnson isn’t the problem.

He’s pushing an agenda that has the support of at least 85% of the House members.

I say that he is part of the problem, but certainly not the problem.

I think that we will soon see several other "Republican" House members quit, throwing the House to the Dems, leading to a permanent leftist/globalist tyranny in America.

Now that it has done Biden/Obama's bidding concerning foreign aid, the Uniparty's main mission is now to deny Trump the presidency - by any means necesssary.

I hope Trump wins but things are so messed up it will make little difference in all likelihood. Trump might finish the wall but the next Democrat administration would find a way to circumvent it (with no objections from leading Republicans). Trump would be able to appoint more judges - maybe. If the GOP has very narrow Senate control Murkowski might be able to torpedo all of them. Or the Democrats would retain control of the Senate.

We should probably stop saying we need Trump to save the country. I think a second Trump term would be more accurately compared to giving a terminal cancer patient a drug that extends their life for a while before the cancer does them in anyway.

A depressing analogy but one that reflects the reality of where America's at now. Too many decades of weak pushback against a relentless, leftist-affected assault on America's founding principles, its culture and its once-respected cultural and governmental institutions.

The degenrate Left, (and the Left is always instructed and led by degenerates, sociopaths and psychopaths), defiles and destroys everything it touches. America has been no exception to that rule, one proved by a century of mass death, economic ruin and depravity whenever leftist ideology becomes a society's social and economic blueprint.

Well, not exactly. The foreign aid bill is the kind of corporate welfare for white people that has been a foundation of the Republican Party agenda since George Bush I.

“Vacate the Chair” as it is said. Johnson is just another RINO clone and given the short amount of time he’s had maybe the worst in the past generation. Plenty of people are clamoring to wait until after the election, what good would that do? Jeffries is essentially already the speaker as the left is already getting everything they want from the current pack of RINOs. Unlimited spending (GOPe gave them that in the debt limit) no border wall, billions for Ukraine, unwarranted spying on Americans, $1.2 trillion in the last CR for only months, hey toss in a new FBI building (or the equivalent of building 200 of them in Ukraine) nonsense like a catch-all banning of websites the gummit doesn’t like, the list goes on.

Furthermore, by keeping this Head RINO around only enforces and justifies voting for every other GOPe candidate this fall around the country, a huge chunk will stay home like they often do as there is no voting for these backstabbing scum and justifying their existence as a House member. Only one term for the GOPe? That tells you everything, have to look for the last time this happened as we are quite on this trajectory.

Throwing this POS turncoat out ASAP will only signal to potential voters that there is hope and a reason to go out and vote and tell potential candidates to fire up their campaigns as Trump will be their president either this fall or two years from now.

Funny how Johnson’s treason in river stabbing every democrat dream lost don’t derail Trump. I’ve never seen the democrats so overjoyed and happy. They got everything they wanted with no concessions at all. He should be ashamed. He gave them a new multibillion dollar FBI hq, renewed warrantless domestic spying, and gave them a hugs fund for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. Hell, he even have 9 billion to Hamas. He passed NDAA. But the border is wide open.

He hasn’t given us a thing. He doesn’t even try.

You do not do anything with him. You win the election, get more conservative seats, hold the majority and focus on fixing the courts and domestic issues. You also force an audit of all outgoing funding prior to a final vote.

Our real problem is a GSA who isn’t doing the job they are supposed to. No business case, no fund breakdowns, no allocation schedule, not even a plan. There is a reason for that and it starts with who else is receiving kickbacks besides the big guys 10%? And how is he allocating that 10%.

As an example, taxpayers are giving Ukraine $60 billion. This means (if it is true) $6 billion is being kicked back. Out of that $6 billion, where is that money going? Here is my thought. 10% flat tax across the board and instead of hiring 87000 IRS agents, hire 87,000 accounts to go through the books of this country and follow the money. Those who immediately resign from government positions will be a good indicator on where they money went.

Just leave him there. Let the voters decide this November.
Most of them in Congress are cowards anyway.

And you secure your elections.

We need a new, brash, speaker with no ties to establishment Republicans, who has pulse on American, not on Congress. AND IMPORTANTLY, someone with real leadership skills, ready to lead, to use the House power of the purse to accomplish the American agenda.

BTW, how does getting rid of Johnson doom Trump?! Keeping him dooms Trump and Republicans across the country.
