The FBI has turned over writings from the Covenant school shooter to a federal judge, including the killer’s manifesto, which will be read privately by the judge.
Star News Digital Media Inc., the parent company of The Tennessee Star, sued the FBI in May claiming the bureau had violated the First Amendment by rejecting multiple Freedom of Information Act requests for the Covenant School shooter’s manifesto.
U.S. District Court Judge Aleta A. Trauger sided with the Tennessee Star last month, in seeking the manifesto, and other relevant written documents from shooter Audrey Hale, who killed three students and three faculty members in the Nashville school shooting.
Trauger will review the documents privately, before deciding whether to share the writings with the plaintiffs, the Tennessee Star reported on Monday.

“Pursuant to this Court’s Order dated March 15, 2024, ECF No. 42, the FBI notifies the Court that today, April 17, 2024, the FBI provided the requested records to the Court for its ex parte, in camera review,” the FBI said in its formal notification.
Trauger previously said that there was “significant public interest” in the shooter’s manifesto, where a few pages were leaked by conservative commentator Steven Crowder last November. The leaked pages revealed anti-white writings, and that Hale was transgender and signed the pages as “Aidan.” Hale was born female, but identified as a man.
Attorney Daniel Lennington, who represents Star News Digital Media, said that the judge’s ruling last month was a “promising development.”
“Someone is finally holding the FBI accountable for its handling of the manifesto,” Lennington said at the time. “The people have a right to know what motivated the Nashville Shooter, and we are step closer to finding out more information.”

I’ll start with “I don’t know” what’s in the documents the FBI was forced to turnover to the judge.
That said, my belief is that the cancerous radical lefty FBI agents in top management in DC did not want certain info (contained in the shooter’s manifesto) to be released to the general public.
Most likely that information reflects adversely on the LGBTQ deviates. It’s a classic “Occam’s razor” situation.
Just to be sure he get’s them all, Trump should fire every last sob in top management at the FBI that was hired by, or during the reign of, Comey, Holder, Wray, Barr, Sessions, Obama or Biden. If that ends up being all but one, so be it.

Kudos to the Tennessee Star. The FIB should also have to pay the costs of the litigation and a heavy fine by ignoring the FOIA requests.
If it results in no one left would be the best result fr truth and justice.
Regionally, it’s still fresh on people’s minds.
I generally believe it’s a blame-text where the writer tells all of sexual history with teachers and staff.
I’m not sure if publishing it really shifts perception of ‘kid’...other than there was a lot of chaos and mental issues going on.

She most likely names names and makes accusations that could lead to destruction of families. That does not make them true, and could cause irreparable harm to individuals.
It was painfully obvious that she was a nut case and anything she wrote would be a product of her defective mind and personality.
She may have been having delusional thoughts of a sexual nature that were just fantasies about staff and others, and if published would likely become a cause celeb for a perverted few..........................
We the people will never see it......for “public safety” reasons of course.
Isn’t it great how the feds are always so concerned about our collective safety by protecting us from ourselves?
Anyone that either wants to chop off his penis, or sew up her vagina is mentally unstable and needs to be institutionalized, not only for their own protection, but for the protection of society.
