I expect we’ll see a lot of this over the next few months b/c it’s an election year and the Biden admin knows Americans are furious about open borders, etc., so they’re going to try to “look tough” - through the election cycle, that is.
If Biden wins, no deportations and an open border to the 3rd world - if Trump wins, Democrats will call him “racist” for deporting a single illegal invader and file court cases immediately to stop the process.
Hopefully the Dems will have enough other worries, like trials for sedition and treason.
Besides, they will have no more use for illegals when they lose the election.
