“absolutely immune”
I don't understand you people, are you really that ignorant? No one is saying a POTUS has “absolutely immune”. What they are saying is that impeachment or the 25th amendment are the only avenues to prosecute or remove a POTUS. The only time you can prosecute a POTUS in the courts is after he/she has been impeached and convicted in the senate.
