The White House punted on Speaker Mike Johnson’s (R-La.) demand for President Biden to call in the National Guard to college campuses amid mass protests over the Israel-Hamas war on Thursday.

Johnson visited Columbia University on Wednesday, the first of major pro-Palestine protests that have spread to dozens of college campuses around the country, and said that Biden should call in the National Guard to quell the peaceful demonstrations.

I still say they need to borrow some puke gas from Israel.

I kind of think hornets are greatly under utilized for crowd control.

Johnson’s an idiot. He could traded selling out America for getting the National Guard, but no...

The prosecutors and magistrate found that the affidavits lacked a probable cause threshold.

Some of the affidavits simply stated, “was given notice to disperse but failed to do so.”

Apparently, the judge and prosecutor did not find that to be enough to charge.

Iran is funding the campus protests with money they were gifted by Biden.
Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Iran is the greatest sponsor of state funded terrorism, and they’re brining it here to America, courtesy of Obama.
Nobody fights back except Israel, the target of all the campus violence.
Republicans in Congress do nothing.
McConnell is a democrat pretending to be a republican.
Nobody does anything.
America has surrendered without firing a shot.
I simply cannot believe what I’m witnessing.

IIRC Jewish people weren’t the targets in the 60s, like they are now.

Johnson should call for the Ukrainian Army to be brought in since they’re so well funded.

Wouldn’t this be up to governors and not the White House?

It certainly is. Governors can easily handle this, but its default for parties to beg for more federal power and monies.
