Looks like it happened on the Conchester (US 322) where it hasn’t been widened yet. There’s a multi-year project going on where the road is to be widened to four lanes. It used to be called the Killer Conchester back in the day from all of the crashes that used to take place on it. I live nearby and I’ve driven it countless times. The speed limit where they crashed is (I think) 35. Just a little farther west it climbs to 45.
