It sounds to me like Balaji wants to create a new kind of caste system, with Greys on the top, Reds in the middle, and Blues (the new Untouchables) at the bottom.
He’s right about stripping the libs of power, he just hasn’t spelled out how to do that, other than, “we the Grays will rule”, a situation leaving all others in a status analogous to dhimmitude.
