Most of the peeps are 30+. By that age, parents should not be responsible for their children unless they dependents.
i don’t know about other states, but in this state, anyone 18 and over is an adult, period-with all the privileges and responsibilities of an adult-doesn’t matter if you claim them on taxes as a dependent or not. The only way someone else can be made responsible for an adult’s actions is if that adult has been adjudicated incompetent by a judge/court.
