That headline is false.
If you watch the interview and read the transcript he is saying what has been said many times, continue with our NATO aid to Ukraine or after Ukraine, Russia will threaten NATO countries and our men and women will have to fight them, (in NATO countries).
We see these fake headlines over and over, and then when we go to the source we see that the official never said fighting in Ukraine.
