What he will do is sentence him to house arrest. He must report directly to his residence after court and remain there when not in court, including weekends.

I agree with both of you to some degree. CPB is right that arresting Trump would be the icing on the cake for Trump's resume and make him a rock star candidate. But wiseprince is right that it's still not a guarantee. There...still....is...the...issue...of....voter....fraud.
The Supreme court ruling is probably more important to Trump. Getting this judge to overplay his hand would influence the courts on the immunity issue.
