Rutgers University is awarding an honorary degree to the nation’s first openly transgender federal official confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

Admiral Rachel L. Levine has led the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps since 2021 and is the assistant secretary for health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Levine will receive an honorary doctor of science degree Sunday during the Rutgers-New Brunswick and Rutgers Health commencement at SHI Stadium, the university said Monday.

Levine served as Pennsylvania’s physician general and as state Secretary of the Department of Health, before being nominated by President Biden to her current role.

Rutgers previously announced that three others would receive honorary degrees at the university’s 258th commencement, which will start at 10 a.m.

The commencement speaker, Freeman A. Hrabowski III, is a longtime civil rights advocate and former president of the University of Maryland in Baltimore County. Hrabowski III will be awarded an honorary doctor of letters degree at the commencement.

Rutgers alumnus Jelani Cobb, dean of the Columbia Journalism School, is receiving an honorary doctor of letters degree. Rutgers Board of Governors Chair William Best, senior vice president and northeast market manager at PNC, is receiving an honorary doctor of laws degree, the university said.

A graduate of Harvard College and Tulane University School of Medicine, Levine as a physician focused on the intersection between mental and physical health, treating children, adolescents and young adults, according to an overview provided by Rutgers.

Levine is a member of the National Academy of Medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine and the Academy for Eating Disorders.

And while he was ordering the elderly to be kept in nursing facilities where they were dying, he moved his own mother out of one.

This sick pervert should be on trial for mass murder.

Are there pics of him before he declared and started dressing in women’s clothes or have they been scrubbed?

Transgenderism is a mental disease. The suicide attempt rate among transgender persons ranges from 32% to 50%. Unless one is in terminal pain from disease suicide by definition is a mental disease. The suicide rate of transgenders that underwent surgical procedures to alter their gender (it does not) is 20 times greater than the normal population. It is a mental disease.

Performing transgender surgery on a confused child is an abomination and evil. Most of them grow out of it after puberty. Some do not and once they are legally an adult what they do with their body is their legal right, but foolish.

In my work in hospitals I worked with quite a few openly gay men and a few gay women. They openly said they were attracted to the same sex. They did not flaunt their preferred sexuality but just did their job. With rare exceptions they were excellent workers. They did not go around professing that they were oppressed nor discriminated against. They just did their jobs. The best nurse I worked with was gay and a very attractive woman. I liked working with her because she was damn good at her job. If she was straight I would have asked her for a date but I hate rejection. :)

I agree with everything you said. I too worked in the medical field for over a decade so I too came in contact with gay people often. I never cared as long as they didn’t push their sexual preference on me. Of course the don’t ask don’t tell was pretty much the standard forever.

Now they have to shove it in your face in every way they can. Shaved sides of their head, crazy color hair, hog rings in their noses, whatever. Queens and Trans are the absolute worst to be around though. Ugh.

It seems like today’s young people are not trying to be better than others at anything but how crazy they are.

They will find themselves in their 40’s and 50’s looking at a very bleak future. I saw a guy in his 60’s the other day at a clinic who was covered in all kinds of colorful tattoos. I asked him when he got them because they still had lots of color. He said about 6 years ago. Now who gets all tatted out in their late 50’s, early 60’s? Maybe he had a grandkid that like them or something. They didn’t look like artwork. More like cartoons. Pardon my ramblings.
