100% missing is DATES — I want to know when a podcast I am listening to, was recorded.

Does anybody know how to learn that ?

use the Apple podcast website [which has the dates], then select the desired podcast on the Michael Savage site [I’m presuming you’re not an Apple guy].

If all the dates are missing, as you describe, I’ll bet it is because Mike himself wants it that way, so that each podcast is something worth checking out on it’s own. Mike is big on controlling things.
