On Wednesday, the Pueblo Police Department shared dash cam video showing the moments leading up to when a suspect in Pueblo was hit and killed by a patrol vehicle.
Officers said the suspect ran from the store and was chased by officers. At least two officers were in a car, and another was running.
In the video, one of the officers said that the suspect, Antonio Herrera, had a gun. Police said they followed the suspect and ordered him several times to drop his weapon.
Officers said the suspect did not comply with their orders, and that was when an officer struck the suspect with his vehicle.

It pays to understand English, when thieving in the US.
So sad. I hear he was about to start community college
That wasn’t graphic at all. Just a short video of a criminal running across a field.
Illegal Alien? Or a homegrown criminal?
Will have to find the YT video for the “Graphic Content”.
I saw the video on another site. He ran him down, the gun went flying.....a car makes for a very effective weapon.
Oh, not an ass-pie-ring wrapper? 🙄
There is nothing graphic.
That’ll likely buff right out.
Hospital bills paid by Chuck Schumer…
That cop recorded saying “I’m gonna hit him” will play into any later trial/lawsuit. Not to say it shows guilt but it was not a wise things to say at that moment.
I saw it on youtube. The perp’s face was priceless just as he was being hit. And then the gun went flying.
Reminds me of the Sheriff, when asked why a man was shot 8 times, replying the officer ran out of bullets. Obviously, the officer intended to used his vehicle as a weapon as opposed to other officers who would have used a gun.
When it comes to lawyers, they use what they have to work with to show the mindset. The driver gave them something potentially damaging.
It seems to me the perp was headed to the business across the street. Being desperate he could have shot people inside or take hostages. The perp had plenty of time to reconsider his actions, then time ran out. The officer stopped a bad situation from getting worse. Case closed.
RIP. Now comes Judgment.
