Dear Britain,
We sent you nancy boys our guns during WWII. We would now like them back and all the other handguns, rifles and shotguns that you are confiscating from your citizenry. Since you're too stupid or corrupt to be able to give them a decent home, I insist that I take them off your hands. My address is:

Unfortunately the Brits tossed them in the ocean, all except a few "culls." And they went only to the "powers to be." I understand many Krags, 1903 Springfields, Enfields, etc. Also, many hunting rifles and pistols. What a waste...

I recently went to the UK and was sure to bring along several of my Ruger and 2nd Amendment-themed shirts.
Needless to say, there were some dirty looks. I just smiled...

If they ever ask for arms again, send them your NRA stickers from your membership packets. I've got dozens piling up.
But then again, we musn't abandon those n Britain who have fought against gun control. Let's FedEx them handguns.

FYI

When in its Darkest hour Britain found itself short of arms for home defense, Americans, with many NRA members leading the way, donated their guns to fight for freedom. Maj. John W. Hession of Orange, Conn. (r.) presents his championship rifle to C. Suydam Cutting, chairman of the American Committee for Defense of British Homes. After WWII, a British government that no longer trusted those it served destroyed many of those firearms. Maj. Hession's rifle survived, however, and today rests is a place of honor in the National Firearms Museum at NRA Headquarters.

When my ship made a port visit to Vancouver BC, I wore my Ruger shirt on liberty. I got a lot of looks, and I heard someone say, "Leave it to an American sailor to wear a Ruger shirt where handguns are banned."

I have been following this site for two years. I am not quite the writer that most of you are.
I do enjoy the quality and the informative nature of these posts. I read the post daily when work (boss) allows and reply when my two peos will fit in.
I did not realize that I may need a bio.

Same nancy boys the U.S. seems to always call upon when someone is needed for a bit of CQB, namely the SAS.

Next time they ask, send "This is a gun-free home -- Please do not hurt me" posters.

Next time they ask, send "This is a gun-free home -- Please do not hurt me" posters. Whare can you get those? I need a few.

The nancy boys comment is aimed at the anti-gun politicians. If you think it refers to you or to the SAS, I have no control over that.
