I have Atta arriving in New York on June 3, 2000 (from Prague, I think).

With that said, there is at least a tiny bit of corroboration for this story. The article itself also appeared at http://www.onlinejournal.com/Special_Reports/Hopsicker043002/hopsicker043002.html (on April 24, 2002).

Also, the e-mail address paradisehasaprice@hotmail.com does apparently exist; see http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cybermuslims/message/1052, a Yahoo Groups posting from Nov. 12, 2001.

I do not believe this story is made up of whole cloth.
The e-mail address was not invented,
the companies mentioned,
including the Canadian company,
do exist.

The main significance of the story to me is
that the FBI is releasing no facts whatsoever
(other than calculated disinformation)
and whoever knows anything
however minor
about the Atta group
has been told in the strongest possible language
to shut up.

This of course applies most of all to the anthrax business.
