Thanks rintense for adding this to your DAILY DOSE OF DUBYA thread. I am so sorry to hear about this. Basil is one of a kind and I have had the pleasure of meeting here in Austin at the Govenors mansion during the election fracus and then again here in San Antonio when President Bush came to speak to the American Legion and there were protestors planned so I met up with her and so many others so dedicated to freedom.
My prayers are with her and her family and I will also pray that when she is up and well she will continue her check-ups and healthy living. Love ya Basil
P.S. Also although I never got to attend, Basil always offered her beautiful home on Lake Austin for South Texas Freeper meetings. She is a jewel.
