Sounds like more smoke and mirrors to me.
The Nation of Islam representatives stormed out of the campaign location where this was taking place, and the WGCL reporter says she overheard a couple of them insisting loudly that they would never be involved in something as shoddily run as this was ever again...

CBS Atlanta News "exclusive": McKinney campaigners were promised money by 7PM tonight, and they weren't. They claim they were promised $100 cash each to hold signs for the McKinney camp. Members of the Nation of Islam tried to stop WGCL from taping the people protesting.
