I had just switched stations to listen to Hannity after Rush's program was over, and was tickled to hear him welcome the D.C. Chapter and mention your signs.

Why did the DC Chapter of Free Republic refuse to let their pictures be used in the montage shown at the Free Republic Network Conference that was just held in Las Vegas?

As I got in my car to go to work I heard Sean open his show with a "Thank You" to the DC Chapter of FreeRepublic for being there. I almost missed it because the cheering in the background sounded like fans at a sporting event. It was great and I'm sorry I couldn't be with you. Nice pics Takoma. Henry Bowman's right hand tightened around the walnut grip of the Solothurn S18-1000. The weapon had been a present from his Father, given to him on his fourteenth birthday in 1967. Cost $189.50 back in the sixties Henry thought irrelevantly. I thought that was a steal. Dad's friends thought it was astronomical. Wonder what they'd think now. --UC
