the only bad thing is that people will see this as validation of "blacklisting." All the celebrity shows have been running stories on actors afraid to say anything for fear of being blacklisted.

Why don't they just act like American citizens and entertain us. Come on FR or any board and give their opinion like the majority of us and leave the war strategy to the experts.

No one is seeking these fools out to "blacklist" them. They are taking advantage of their celebrity status to make their opinions known whenever they can. Well, now the American people are making their opinions known too. The Hollyweirds have the arrogant and completely false impression that they can say and do whatever they want with no consequences. It's time they found out they're wrong.

Blacklisting my butt -- it's purely a market-driven decision. You know, that free enterprise thingy?

If these clowns want to express their extreme leftist political positions, let 'em become spokesmen for "Ben and Jerry's"

Good, tell them to shut up and ACT. I don't go to my doctor for discussions on reloading and shooting; why would I listen to an actor for political advice ?

Besides, from a marketing standpoint most actors are like the children rule of old ... "better seen, not heard"

Too bloody bad. We got a right to express our views too. Only thing is we are doing it with our pocketbooks.
