Columbia U. PING - Anyone see Hannity tell his guest "Do you need help?"

Anyone see Bill Hartung being interviewed by Hannity regarding the professor at Columbia? Priceless.
Hartung yells at Hannity, "put your finger down. Don't point that finger at me. I'll give you another finger". Hannity: "go right, ahead".
And then Hartung says to Alan, "Alan, is it just Hannity's show, or do you do anything here?".
I think Hannity asked the guy if he needed or was on medication. I remember Hannity saying, "Do you need HELP"?
Alan, to his credit, said to the guy, "Don't insult my cohost like that" (and Hannity gave Colmes a "thumbs-up"). Pricless.
Another comment was, "I know how you (Hannity) and O'Reilly operate. Trying to scare and dominate your guests".
What a loser. What could have been an interview turned into "must see" TV (watch pathetic liberal loser get hostile towards BOTH Sean and Alan).
I hope they re-run the "interview" later tonight or tomorrow.

Not surprising...Alan hates to be embarrassed by the lunatic fringe. I definitely have to catch this rerun!
To: Oorang
They guy was such a dweeb, which made it even more funny when he was trying to be all combative. Hannity could have pimp slapped that dude across the studio. H&C needs a greatest moments video. This would have definately made the cut.

I wish Ari would just press a button and their seats would drop them into a pool filled with pirranha.

Eleanor Cliff and most of the liberal media hate Bush so much they want to damage him by lieing about how well we are doing in the war. They are a disgrace. The segment that followed Cliff with Dick Morris was very insightful.

Colmes: "Don't insult me, don't insult my partner. Just calm down"
Good for Alan. They curtailed THAT interview rather quickly.

If I had to guess, I'm betting his e-mail address and snail-mail office address are okay, but not his direct-dial phone number. Maybe a department telephone number, but not his direct one. And no private addresses or numbers.

This is the way Sean conducts an interview...pen in hand and pointing. This nutcase was so defensive that no matter what Sean said he was ready to attack. Colmes did a good job of defending Sean and frankly seemed amused at how crazy this guy came across.

I saw it live and totally agree that he was out of line. He showed every indication of serious mental disturbance live on TV. My psych would put me in the "quiet room" for behavior like that!
To: Dave278
Judging the way Bill Hartung acted he spent the majority of his high school days time stuffed in a locker after a few atomic wedgies Nice to meet you too, but you made me spew wine on my monitor! (Welcome to Free Republic, Dave.)
To: Dave278
I'll bet he had a flashback.

I have no idea. I've lurked for a couple of years here but just started posting recently. If I broke any rules -oopps! But I don't see why we can't post someone's bio/email when it is already in the public domain. When I was watching the guy in action on Hannity/Colmes I did a simple google search and there it was.

Hmmmm. FOX doesn't have a partial transcript of the show. Guess they didn't want to embarrass him.

What a total meltdown this guy had. What an embarrassment for his family and that organization he belongs to (whoever they are). A supposedly educated man threatening to give the finger to Hannity on national TV and then slyly giving Hannity the finger on his cheek like he was a high school sophomore flipping off his English teacher. I don't know anything about that organization he represented (probably some liberal think tank) but they must be mortified to have themselves represented like that. Even Colmes was disgusted and that's saying a lot.

You could tell that that guy was trying to get Alan to pile on Sean.

In total agreement! I hope his psychiatrist was watching. Looks like someone needs a med-check.
