"...I mean she's just going to destroy some of these liberal myths that they have been living with for all these years. This is, among many things, not just a defense of McCarthy, it is full-fledged pedal to the metal praise for McCarthy. And I think it's going to cause, if it isn't already, some real angst out there on the on the left."

Wrong.

They will just, ignoring the research, say she's lying. The only angst will be getting the talking points out fast enough.

Amazon tells me that my copy is inbound, can't wait to read it!

Hmmmm, the liberal's bible, entitled "Rush Limbaugh is a Big, Fat, Idiot" can make statements against a conservative by attacking his weight rather than his ideas. Yet, if a conservative even 'mentions' a liberal's weight, looks, fashion or overall appearance .... we are mean and desperate... go figure

If Mrs. Bill Clinton actually had superior intellect,
she would have printed her book on rolls of toilet paper.
She would have sold millions of copies at three rolls for a dollar,
and it would have wound up where all socialist best sellers belong,
floating in the sewer with similar waste material.

Boy, talk about putting me in an awkward position. I've made no secret of my opinion that Ann Coulter looks like an Auschwitz graduate, but the alternative in this case (corporeal ipecac and a twisted soul to boot) is just too horrible to contemplate.

Hillary below the waist could have several meanings. The best one that I ever saw was the cover of Spy Magazine sometime in 1994. I wish I still had it, but I do not. It showed her skirt blowing up like the famous picture of Maryland Monroe, and in her tight panties she had......a huge bulge.

RMOAS:

I used to work with this guy who used to be a trucker. At a truck stop he met this good-looking "woman", and asked "her" if she'd ever seen the cab of a truck before. Yeah, slick pickup line...

They went up there and one thing let to another. She unzipped his pants, and he grabbed "her" crotch.

OOPS! There was more in his hand than was supposed to be.

I suspect that if one were in...GAG...CHOKE...PTEWY...the same position with Hillary, the results would be similar.

I went to our local Borders to purchase Ann's book today. Staring me in the face was a huge display of Harry Potter, next to a similar display of Hillary. I looked at the New Release rack...no Ann. I found Treason in the current affairs section.

I then went to Waldenbooks at the local mall. There, they did have Treason on display in the best seller display (occupying the #1 slot!)

Since I had a Waldenbooks card, I waited at the checkout for a few minutes... no clerk to be seen. I left the book at the register.

I then went to Barnes & Noble... again, Treason was not to be seen in the Best Seller section. Poor Ann was tucked back in the current affairs section in the back of the store.

Did I purchase the book? No, because in every store, not a single copy of Ann's book was marked with the usual discount savings. Hillary's cover was plastered with 30% off.

Not a single conservative political author in ANY of these stores had a discount offer. But, those liberal books sure had them!!!

Well, I had planned to spend the day reading Ann by the pool. Instead, I decided to give TownHall the credit for my Amazon order...and get my 30%.

Did anyone else notice this today?

Ann's business plan doesn't place a great deal of emphasis on being "nice" or "polite." She's always known that it's too her advantage to stir up as much controversy as possible.

I confess I am conflicted.

On the one hand, Ann p*sses off all the right people. There must bonus points awarded for leaving Diane Sawyer speechless.

On the other hand, there is something to be said for decorum. Hillary is a corrosive influence on the Republic because of her positions and her political behavior, not because she's...well, overweight or a fright to look at some mornings.

But such is the state of political discourse today.
