All this thanks to the most liberal Supreme Court ever. I'm sure it will only get worse no matter who fills the future open spots. It's as if this whole thing is scripted.

I think that the Warren Court, and some of the 19th century ones, probably beat the Rehnquist Court for "most liberal Court ever."

My hope is that if (when) things get so bad that we can't even imagine it, enough people will finally wake up and fight back. Kind of like in the course of a disease, you get really sick then there's a healing crisis, and health can return.... At least that's what I hope.
