ca. 575 BC - Lamanites make God (Book of Mormon version) mad and he turns them black to make sure they don't seduce His white and delightsome folk. (2 Neph 5)

1830 - Joseph Smith beds a teen and tells his wife either accept it or be destroyed by God (D&C 32)

1844 - Joseph Smith martyred and discover his keys won't unlock amy door but the one marked "Lake of Fire"

1857 - The Mountain Meadows Massacre resulted in the death of 120 emigrants headed for California. They were killed in Utah by Indians incited by the Mormon fanatic John D. Lee. Lee's justification was that he was retaliating against President Buchanan's order removing Brigham Young as governor of Utah.

1890 - Polygamy "officially" suspended by LDS so Utah could become a state (OD1)

1978 - Blacks can now become LDS priests and BYU's NCAA status preserved. (OD2)
