I grew up with the Latin Mass. I do pretty well with it.
I'm a Vatican II baby and don't know a word of Latin

I our old Missals the Mass was laid out with Latin on the left page and the English translation on the facing page. Just about anyone could manage it.
>>I'm a Vatican II baby and don't know a word of Latin<<
Actually, you know tons.
I teach my kids from "English from the Roots Up"
You would be surprised how much you know.
Most medical and biological terms are Latin.

So much English has Latin roots, plus you've heard a bunch of Latin go by in anthems, etc.
Get an English/Latin missal with the two languages on facing pages. It works beautifully.
Back before I knew any Latin, when I was a grade school kid my parents used to take us island hopping all over the Caribbean and Mexico during Christmas and Easter holidays. When we wound up in a place that had no Anglican church, we always went to Mass. It's easy to follow along in the bilingual missal!
OH, BTW, the London Times needs to correct that headline: "Pope set to bring back Latin Mass that divided united the Church"
I bet that you do know some;
e pluribus unum
adeste fidelis
pater noster
semper fidelis
bona fide
quid pro quo
non sequiter
ad hominun
requiem aeternam dona eis, domine, et lux perpetua luceat eis
I taught Latin in a middle school last year, after only having studied Spanish for 4 years. The kids loved it and they're SAT verbal scores have gone through the roof.

It's fun. If your church switches over to this you might think about having them start up a class to learn more about Latin, as well as Roman culture and customs.
The missal in Latin/English is still out there. Not a problem... your soul will soar.
