This is based on exit polls that ask religion. People who answer Catholic are often not practicing Catholics or even believers in God.

Even practicing Catholics seldom vote on religious issues. For the most part they vote for who they think is the better candidate.

That being said I think Santorum won among Catholics who attend mass.
