I am well and appreciate the good wishes. I’m sorry you had to wait for an update, but here it is.
For those who wanted a name or initials, we’re going to refer to this young man as BW. He got out of surgery sometime this morning. Yep, well over 20 hours. They had to bring in a second cardiac surgeon and take several runs at the procedure. He is not awake and has some minor bleeding issues, but they expect that to stop soon and all organ functions are normal.
Thank you for your prayers, I’ll continue posting updates as I receive them.

No MS...God Bless BW, all those charged with his care, and last but not least, you sir for caring enough to solicit prayers on this childs behalf. I have a 12 yo son myself and could never imagine him going through such an ordeal. The power of prayer is unparalleled and I could not be more pleased to receive your encouraging update.
I will continue to pray for BW until you let us know he is well.
May the Lord keep a watchful eye over him always.

I came by FR today and was horrified when I realized I had not updated you folks on BW and the result of your prayers.
His hospital stay was much longer than expected, but otherwise everything has proceeded splendidly and he’s already back at school full time.
Thanks very, very much for your prayers. And if you get a second, say a prayer for our dog, Logan, who also needs either miraculous healing or surgical intervention by a specialist.
