No, but God promises to forgive us if we confess and I'm holding to that. Not what the Catholic church claims Jesus' words "really" mean.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
God overrules any human priest any day of the week.
