I will definitely be in prayer for this blessed family and give thanks to God for the time Sarah was able to be a joy to her parents, sad though her returning to God is.

He is their father and has rights but as their mother has passed the grandparents are quite likely to get visitation rights if they file.
They need to be proactive though as they were living with the GPs it can be shown that it is in the children’s best interest to maintain contact with GPs. But they can’t let much time pass before acting.
