This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 1 JOHN 5:14

A nation without God's guidance is a nation without order. Happy are those who keep God's law! . . . My people are ruined because they don’t know what’s right or true. Because you’ve turned your back on knowledge. (Prov. 29:18; Hosea 4:6)

Almighty and Sovereign God, we come into Your Holy Presence with personal and National repentance in our hearts. Oh God, how Eternal and True is Your Word. There is no excuse in the Light of Glory as it shines forth from the pages of Scripture. LORD, we cling to Your Word as we present our prayers and confess our sins: “O LORD, hear our voice; let Your ears be attentive to our plea for mercy. If You, O LORD, kept track of iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But with You there is forgiveness, so that You may be feared.” (Ps. 130:3)

So Lord, in Light of Your Great Mercy, we echo the prayer of Daniel (Chapter 9) as we look upon the outcomes of our Nation as it lays in civil ruin in so many places, the misleadings of many churches, the disorder in our families among whom our grandchildren are the most sorrowful of victims, and we pray:

“O Lord, the Great and Awesome God, who keeps His covenant of love with all who love Him and obey His commands, we have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away from your commands and laws. We have not listened ~ Lord, you are Righteous, but this day we are covered with shame.” . . . We pray for our Dear President. Oh LORD, he is a man of tenacity and pride, which could have its place against the enemies of our Nation within and without, but it must be covered in humility and restraint with Wisdom, which can only come from Your Spirit. We pray that for him. We pray for his advisors, that they would find guidance and order from searching the Scriptures and praying together as a people of leadership. We pray Oh LORD, for our churches, that they would remain faithful to the GOSPEL, not sugar coat sin and the cost of our Salvation through the blood of Your Son. Our children and our children’s children are ruined because repentance has been forgotten, sin is an unacceptable word, and right and true are fumbled inside political correctness. We ask for special mercies upon the servants of our Nation whose job it is to restrain disorder and protect our people here and abroad. We ask that You bless our servants who minister to the needs of sick and dying, the needy and the desolate, and the emergencies that come upon a Nation and people as a whole. Thank you for all of them.

We close with the words Daniel closed in the Chapter (9) of his prayer: Now, our God, hear the prayers and petitions of your servant. For your sake, O Lord ~ Give ear, O God, and hear ~ We do not make requests of you because we are righteous, but because of your great mercy. O Lord, listen! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, hear and act! For your sake and your Name." Amen.

O! FATHER, Our nation is in need of You.
We are blessed that You heard our prayers and presented a warrior to fight for us.
We pray he will do Your will in eliminating
the moles which make the foundation of this nation highly unstable.
Please give him the necessities to erase Socialism,
Satan’s curse, from this world.

As always, we pray for our brethren, ill
and injured, that they be healed in spirit, mental,
and physical health.
