Harvard psychology professor Steven Pinker said Thursday that the push for reopening society from lockdowns comes from Christianitys malignant delusion of belief in an afterlife.
Atheists who believe in this life alone are more concerned with health and safety, Professor Pinker suggested in a Tweet, while Christians tend to devalue actual lives and live a riskier existence.

Being Christian teaches teaches us where our Freedom comes from.

I am 69, and a non-believer. I think the lockdown was one of the worst blunders in history. COVID-19 appears to be little more than a bad flu.
Live free or die. There are worse things than death.
My actual response to the professor is that the actual university education encouraged me to be skeptical, even of information found by professionals. So no, it was the University system and the scientific method, critical thinking which made me so critiCal of them.
