When the Church's teaching on homosexuality was “created” [by God] “the concept of homosexuality did not even exist,” Luxembourg's Cardinal Hollerich told the Croatian Glas-koncila.hr (March 27), making a fool out of himself.
Croatia is still relatively Catholic. Homosexualists are trying to corrupt such relatively unpolluted areas.
According to Hollerich, homosexuality is a "new word" [but an old concept]. He wants his audience to believe that people in St. Paul's time had "no idea" that homosexuality existed, despite the fact that St Paul strongly condemns this vice as do many ancient philosophers.
Hollerich believes that St Paul condemned homosexuality because he saw it as “something orgiastic, typical of married people who kept slaves for personal lust.” Such a distortion of the Bible is called "eisegesis." It consists of introducing one's own prejudices into a text.
“How can you condemn people who can only love the same sex?" - is Hollerich's argument for homosexual sin, "Purity is possible for some of them, but when you call others to purity, it seems as if you are speaking to them in Egyptian." The same argument justifies any sexual perversion, including paedophilia.
Hollerich suggests that the Church can only "dictate" to people a moral behaviour "that they can tolerate in their world." This leads to the conclusion that any perversion is OK as long as enough people practice it.
"If we ask them [those who practise homosexuality] to do the impossible, we will reject them,” says Hollerich, implying that converting sinners is to "reject" them.

Well, it’s not as if St. Paul didn’t warn of this in advance.
“As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.” Galatians 1:9
They can say these whoppers since most people don’t read tue bible.
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous[b] will not inherit the kingdom of God? This little Cardinal has set himself up above the Apostle Paul.
While term homosexuality may not have existed, but Sodom and Gomorrah did.
There was nothing new under the sun even in Paul’s time.
Hollerich couldn’t get away with this if Catholics read their Bibles instead of letting them sit on a shelf and collect dust.
Oh, BTW, I say this as a Catholic.
