Very strange person, who seems poorly suited to a highly influential leadership position.
I looked this up and found other articles which clarified some points, one of which is that he did not call the synod those things but said that the synod might seem that way to people. The term copraphilia was applied to an attraction for or love of scandal, not to the actual fetish itself.
Gloria TV just went down a number of notches in my estimation for this...
