No it does not. They either accept Jesus or they do not.
If they don’t they go to hell without Jesus. To reject Christ formally is to reject salvation

The Law is how we know what sin is.
Nobody is saved by keeping it but for those trusting in their good works or law keeping to save them, then they will be measured by that and found wanting.
