They can have tangible bodies.
Hebrews 13:2 (KJV): “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.”
It wouldn’t be possible to entertain strangers if the strangers didn’t have tangible bodies.
To say nothing of Abraham (Fed angels), Lot (Was yanked into his house by angels) and others. Thus they can certainly interact with the physical world
Not only do they have physical bodies, they eat. Lot fed them a feast in Sodom and so did Sarah and Abraham.
