The problem is that what they label "Christian Nationalism" is not a political movement at all. It is just normal social Christian people. Traditional sexual roles and normal Christian sexual values are what keep society together.

People may stray outside them and no one does anything much beyond frown and go "tisk tisk" as long as you are not bringing minors into your antics.

Even pagans thought that getting married, having kids and teaching them how to be just members of the group was something to aim for. Sure they had affairs on the side with just about everything but the core was there.
