It’s not my Catholic Church anymore. I wonder how long it will be before Frances endorses abortion…

Nor mine. However, with regard to fertility treatments being "inconsonant with dignity," there are a whole lot of medical procedures that throw dignity overboard. Colonoscopy comes to mind. The "argument from dignity" recalls the objections to assisted childbirth, caesareans, and anaesthesia. Not to mention the occasional reports of parents letting children die rather than accept medical treatment, out of religious conviction. If a death can be prevented -- or a life brought into the world -- I say call the doctors.

They possess the buildings, the institutions, and in most people’s minds, the name Catholic. But they have apostasized. Those who hold the faith as it was taught before Vatican II are the true Catholics. Nothing since Vatican II binds the Catholics’s conscience

But it is your Church. We the faithful are called to stand and fight for it, no matter the cost, no matter how hopeless it seems.

Just as we Americans are called to stand and fight to restore our great Nation.

Don’t hand Evil his victory.
