I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. (1 Timothy 2:1-2)
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before Him He endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 1 Samuel 17:47-48: All those gathered here will know that it is not by sword or spear that the LORD saves; for the battle is the LORD’s, and he will give all of you into our hands.” As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him.
Heavenly Father, Master of All, The Great I AM, We are in the battle for the soul of America . . . a Spiritual battle raging across our nation. Your Word describes how it will all end but until then, please give us the orders for engagement. May we look to You for guidance rather than the news media, talk show hosts and government spins. We pray that as a people we will pursue righteousness rather than the ways of the world. As the Scripture promises, the battle belongs to You, Lord . . . until that fact is acknowledged by all, we will remain a nation in bondage. We pray for godly leaders who have pledged allegiance first to You, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit and then to the divinely composed Constitution of our Sovereignty – The United States of America. Injustices to law abiding citizens and patriots have become the norm. Most of the young people do not have a clue regarding the institutional sovereignty of our “one nation, under God” and instead are being indoctrinated with mediocrity and perversion as the norm. . Please expose evil in all facets of society, even the churches, and provide Spiritual direction for resolve.
Disasters are abound as never before . . .earthquakes, pestilence, robberies, murders, sexual deviancy, riots, evil indoctrination of our people especially the children, to name a few . . .we ask for mercy, Dear Lord, and help for the victims.
We pray guidance for our nation’s leaders that they would not compromise our sovereignty for self-gratification and gain. We ask in the name of Jesus for protection and support of our military and their families. Please remove those in authority that go against Your principles and Your plans for our nation.
Oh, how the mundane, catastrophic, and also evil things of the world distract us from focusing on Your Son Jesus. So many are oblivious to the Scriptures that explain exactly what a life with and without Jesus means. He is Lord and only His Name leads one to Salvation.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
As believers, each of us has a ministry in the Name of Jesus Christ, Please provide us a clear path for evangelism so that at the end of each day we, as well as others, can say, “Look what The Lord has done! Glory to God!”
We thank You for this wonderful Free Republic forum where we can offer our prayers to You and ask for health and protection for prayer warriors around the world.

Dear Heavenly Father, You are my rock and my fortress, my hope and my shield. You are the One in Whom I rest and in Whom I trust, and I pray that throughout this coming day, You would encircle me in Your loving care and continue to protect me and all those I love, from the wiles of the enemy.
Protect us from the dangers of the day and the evils of the night. Thank You that You have promised to deliver us from “the snare of the fowler, and from any deadly pestilences”. Thank You that You are able to “cover us with Your feathers,” and lift us up on eagles wings. Thank You that You are our shield and our rampart.
Forgive me Lord, for those times when my faith wears thin and I try to sort things out in my own strength. Help me to place my complete trust in Your willingness and ability to save and protect us from all that would harm or destroy.
