Please join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

Isaiah 55:6-11 “Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

Father, We thank You for Your desire to save and bring us back into right relationship with You.

We see the evil surrounding us and the days growing steadily darker and become discouraged as the evil seems to be multiplying so fast. While we are still here, and You are still near and to be found, we ask that You would do a mighty work in the hearts and minds of the people in this world. Let Your light shine all the brighter as the evil is increasing.

Please send for Your word in power and use it to awaken people and convict them of sin, righteousness and judgment that they might turn to You and be saved. Give us opportunities to spread Your word so that You may use it to produce fruit for repentance.

We pray for wayward children and ask that You'd bring them back to the faith they displayed as little children. Use all the Scripture they learned as children to convict them and cause them to hunger and thirst after righteousness.

We ask for protection for Monday and all the people traveling and the very unstable world situation and potential for terror attacks. Lord, please intervene and protect the innocent and let the plans of the wicked come back on their own heads. Please protect Israel and give her leaders wisdom and discernment in their plans.

And we'll give You all the glory for Your hand in all these situations.
