I forgot my password to sign into Intuit when I tried to install TurboTax. I had to call their customer service to get to the page to reset the password. Their
representative sent me an email with a link to enter some information. They require you to send a picture of your license or passport before you can reset the password. This seem excessive just to reset a password. Has anyone had any experiences like this?Thanks
