Matthew Graves just received a court summons. As the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, Graves is rarely on the receiving end of a legal inquiry. In fact, Graves’ hand must be tired from signing thousands of criminal indictments, sentencing memos, and plea offers related to his ongoing investigation into the events of January 6, 2021. Just this week, the FBI arrested two more individuals on minor offenses, giving Graves’ overstaffed office more fresh meat for the Justice Department’s vengeful retaliation against Americans who protested the certification of Joe Biden’s election that day. No investigative technique is too invasive...

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Ivan Provorov skipped warmups on Tuesday because he refused to wear the gay pride jersey the team sponsored for its gay pride night game. Provorov maintained that his Russian Orthodox religion prevents him from supporting the LGBTQ agenda and that is why he chose not to participate in the warmup session where the jerseys and sticks wrapped in gay pride tape were used to celebrate the team’s gay pride night, the New York Post reported. Provorov noted that everyone is always talking about “choice,” and said, “I respect everybody. I respect everybody’s choices.” He added “my choice...

A legal battle has broken out between the Warnock campaign and the Georgia secretary of state over the early voting dates leading up to the run-off election on December 6. The Democrats’ surprisingly strong showing in the midterm elections has raised a familiar question: Did the pollsters get it wrong again? Heading into Nov. 8, polls from across the industry gave Republicans the clear edge in battleground races, as well as on the generic ballot. The data bolstered the belief among pundits that a red wave was on the rise.

The red wave has begun on this Election Day, and it has capsized Guam's Democratic Party. The U.S. territory sends one nonvoting delegate to Congress, and that delegate had always been a Democrat going back to 1993. That is no longer true after Republican James Moylan defeated his Democratic opponent and became the first GOP pick-up in Congress and just the second Republican ever sent to Congress by the island. Moylan had trailed in exit polls by 13 percentage points but won by 5. The island’s Democratic governor held on (though she won by 11 points, compared to the 24...
