Caesar was quoting from a Greek comedy when he declared that the die was cast, but our present path and its subsequent outcome is no comedy. Time is running out for America to act. Strong believers and true disciples being the exception, most Americans think if they attend a church once in a while and drop a dollar in the plate, they feel assured that they have done God a favor. Since, Biblical prophecy is pre-written history, you will have done no one a favor by reading or ignoring these warnings. You can click off the page or re-publish it...

Mexico is in the midst of a presidential election. Voting is scheduled for June 2, with the winner taking office October 1. The three candidates are frontrunner Claudia Sheinbaum, second-place challenger Xochitl Galvez, and male candidate Jorge Alvarez Maynez, in a distant third in single digits. On April 7, the first general election debate was held. The candidates made all sorts of promises which would require plenty of government spending, with almost no mention of wealth creation. They pledged allegiance to the LGBTQXYZ agenda, which is strong in Mexico. And, the candidates discussed immigration. That’s of interest to us, Mexican...

Avdeevka…. From where the Ukrainian Army has shelled the rebel civilians of Donetsk City for TEN YEARS, has fallen to the Russians after ten years, with many reports of the Ukrainian forces in an absolute rout. There are going to be lots of tactical, strategic, and political implications from this that we will see over the next days and weeks. There are reportedly few Ukrainian defenses behind Avdeevka, the Ukrainians put all their eggs into one basket, counting on the deep Soviet-era nuclear bunker system, and defenses built since the end of the civil war to make it impregnable.

Mexico is our next-door neighbor but it seems many Americans are not well-informed about it. Wrong and outdated impressions of Mexico affect our policymakers as well. This is particularly true regarding border and immigration policy. Americans think of Mexico as a poor country. And it is, compared to the United States. But Mexico is wealthier and has a higher standard of living than most countries in Latin America and Africa. There are, of course, many poor Mexicans. But doesn’t Mexico itself, with all its wealth, have a responsibility to help its own poor people? In the U.S., any meddling perpetrated...

As the housing crisis deepens, the corrosive impact of Airbnb on communities becomes increasingly evident. With over 1,000 San Diegans falling into homelessness each month, the question arises: How many Airbnb properties sit empty, exacerbating the crisis? Complicating matters further is a colossal loophole in the ordinance meant to regulate short-term rentals (STRs). While cracking down on Airbnb alone may not be a catchall solution, it’s undeniable that taking thousands of residential units offline hampers efforts to meet housing goals.

In the ever-evolving landscape of financial markets, a red flag is waving high as market concentration risk reaches an unprecedented peak. The Top 10 stocks in the Russell 1000 now hold a staggering 31.3% of the index, marking a historic high and raising questions about the sustainability of the current market euphoria. The earnings gap between Mega Cap Tech Stocks and Small Caps has widened to an all-time high, creating a stark dichotomy in the performance of different segments of the market. As history unfolds, it’s vital to pay heed to the lessons of the past, where the most significant...

Embarking on a narrative journey that transcends time, we unravel the captivating parallels between Nvidia’s meteoric rise and the cautionary tale of Cisco in 2000. If projections hold, Nvidia could transform into a $7.5 trillion behemoth within a year, evoking haunting memories of the Dot Com bubble. March 2000 witnessed a similar saga with Cisco, and as history beckons, we ponder the unheeded warnings of the past. The charts, valuations, and a sense of unstoppable growth—all echo a familiar tune. Is this a prelude to another tech bubble burst?

I can't help but feel deeply frustrated by this recent Supreme Court decision, where a slim 5-4 majority has given the green light to federal agents to cut the razor wire installed by Texas along the US-Mexico border. It's not just about the wire; it's about the fundamental responsibility of those in power to ensure the safety and well-being of American citizens. The decision seems to undermine the very essence of border security, and it leaves me questioning the commitment of our leaders to enforce the laws that are meant to protect us. The border is not just a line...

As an electrical engineer, the most glaring problem with EVs is that we simply do not have the grid capacity to power a national EV fleet. A few months ago some colleagues and I did the analysis for California – Australia is similar. In order to create the same “power to wheels” as currently provided by gasoline and diesel, California would need to double its generation capacity.

This is directly related to observations about the economy, at least in middle Tennessee where I live. Precious metals should see robust influx of investments, as the weaker economy negatively impacts jobs, incomes, disposable income, consumer spending and ultimately personal security… citizens abilities to provide themselves with the basics of food, shelter and general comfort. My observations are not related to reports from the news, etc… these are personal observations.

A recent article in Epoch Times (which is basically US gov. sponsored propaganda) caught my attention. https://twitter.com/larryelder/status/1743670653763699044 The more you look into vaccines, the more you uncover the truth. They never worked. The massive improvement in sanitation starting at the beginning of the 20th century in the developed world helped eradicate smallpox, not the vaccine. Even the CDC quietly admits this.

For four years, Amy Nelson and her family have endured one of the most disgusting abuses of power and privilege we’ve seen waged against an American family. It involves mega-retailer Amazon, their team of fifty attorneys, and the Department of Justice. In short, the Nelson family have been targeted for complete financial destruction. Seizures have been made. Threats continue incessantly. All the while, no charges have been filed and all of the evidence points to the Nelsons being innocent. ...

Our society is in the midst of a massive cultural shift. According to the Barna Group, “rates of church attendance, religious affiliation, belief in God, prayer and Bible-reading have been dropping for decades. Americans’ beliefs are becoming more post-Christian and, concurrently, religious identity is changing.”This is the environment in which Generation Z is growing up.

After it was asserted that cow flatulence contributes to “global warming,” some greentopians concluded that all animal agriculture should be ended; this, of course, means eliminating most of the cows on Earth. Given this, with a new study claiming that human breathing also contributes to global warming, should most of our planet’s people be gone, too?Actually, this has already been suggested, with a World Economic Forum (WEF) advisor saying last year that we “don’t need the vast majority of the population” and that there was a growing class of “useless people.”
